Your visit to Lemon Blossom Salon & Spa should be a delightful interlude. As always, let us know if there is anything we can do to make you more comfortable.
Cancellations
If you must cancel an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. All spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice to avoid being responsible for 50% of the total services scheduled per person.
Late Arrivals
We do our best not to keep our guests waiting. If you are late, we will do everything to accommodate you.
Environment
Thank you for not using your cell phone in the spa area or the quiet room.
Assuring the Right Fit
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another service provider, please let us know. Our staff works as a team to guarantee your complete satisfaction.
Gratuities
Prices do not include gratuities, but tips are appreciated as a reward for superior service. Tips can not be added to credit card charges.

Gift Cards
All gift cards must be presented at time of service. Gift cards may be used for Services and or Products. Please purchase gift cards carefully as they are not refundable.
Children
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of others, please leave the little ones at home. Children are not allowed in the spa area.
